Petaling Jaya (February 10, 2023): MaMing Holdings via its wholly owned subsidiary MaMing Development (Lukut) Sdn Bhd entered into a joint venture agreement with Prestania Sdn Bhd, the landowner of a 40 acres land, for a new housing scheme development located at Lukut, Negeri Sembilan. Situated less than 3km from Lukut town center and 5 minutes’ away from Port Dickson, the development has easy access to amenities such as hypermarkets, banks, schools, clinics, police station, Pos Malaysia, a variety of famous eateries and even an indoor themepark.

With the connectivity of the existing neighbourhoods, retail, leisure and commercial activities from the development will surely benefit a wider catchment. At the same time, our residents will have easy access to all other existing amenities within a short distance away.

The group said the land is slated to be the site of a mixed-development project with a gross development value of about RM106millon, scheduled to be launched by Q4 this year. It comprises a total of 234 residential and commercial units which includes 123 of single storey bungalows, 100 units of single storey semi-detached houses and 11 units of shop lots together with infrastructures and amenities. This development will offer ample housing ideally for young executives, families or even for investment purposes.

With the plan to be built in 3 phases, this development will definitely help the overall existing residential offered in that area as a continuation upgrading to the Lukut’s lifestyle.

This will be the first maiden project for the group in Negeri Sembilan, which slowly but surely strengthen our presence in the Southern region, alongside our D’Bayu Residen in Melaka.
